Army recovers arms and ammunition in special op in Manipur, bunkers destroyed

In a coordinated effort between the Indian Army and Assam Rifles formation under Spear Corps, intelligence-based operations in Manipur’s hill and valley districts led to the recovery of 114 weapons, IEDs, grenades, and ammunition. Operations were carried out in districts including Bishnupur, Senapati, and Imphal East, resulting in the destruction of bunkers and the retrieval of various weapons. Additionally, joint operations in Senapati district led to the recovery of four weapons, further enhancing security measures in the region.
