NIA chargesheets two aides of Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dala in terror-gangster case

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has charge-sheeted two key aides of Khalistan terrorist Arsh Dala in a terror-gangster syndicate case, alleging that they were involved in funding the syndicate and participating in a murder conspiracy. Neeraj Pandit alias Neeraj Faridpuria and Anil Singh were named in the chargesheet filed before a special court in Delhi, with Anil already arrested and Neeraj still at large. The NIA’s investigations revealed that the accused had connections with Dala and members of the Bambiha gang, implicating them in criminal activities.
