Tata Advanced Systems Ltd has unveiled a new long-range autonomous suicide drone called the Advanced Loitering System (ALS), developed in-house. The ALS boasts a range exceeding 250 km and can operate from high-altitude areas and advanced landing grounds, carrying munitions like anti-tank warheads. Noteworthy is its capability to function without GPS, making it a versatile and potent weapon system.
