Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov welcomed signals from US President-elect Donald Trump regarding the Ukraine conflict, expressing optimism about a potential shift in dialogue. Trump’s pledge to end the conflict quickly and skepticism towards military support for Kyiv have raised hopes for progress in peace talks.
