2,361 cadets including record 917 girls participate in NCC Republic Day Camp

A total of 2,361 NCC cadets, including 917 girl cadets, from across the country are participating in a month-long Republic Day camp at Delhi Cantonment, the largest number of girl cadets so far. The event also includes cadets from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the Northeast region, and 14 friendly foreign countries as part of a Youth Exchange Programme. Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh, Director General of the NCC, welcomed the cadets to the camp.
