5 soldiers killed as vehicle falls into gorge in J&K's Poonch

Eight soldiers were injured, some critically, when an Army vehicle skidded off the road and rolled into a gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district. The accident occurred in the Gharoa area as the vehicle was en route to Banoi, resulting in serious injuries to 8-9 jawans. Army and police teams quickly responded to the scene for a rescue operation.
