"We will strike Houthis… just as we did to Haniyeh": Israel confirms killing of Hamas leader

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh last summer and threatened similar action against the Houthi rebel group in Yemen. Katz stated that Israel has killed other Hamas and Hezbollah leaders, helped topple Syrian President Assad, and destroyed Iran’s anti-aircraft systems. Israel has carried out airstrikes in Yemen and vows to increase pressure on the Houthis until they cease missile attacks.
