India, Kuwait condemn terrorism in "all forms"; call for disrupting terror financing networks, enhancing counter-terror operation

They discussed enhancing cooperation on counter-terrorism operations, cybersecurity, and prevention of radicalization, emphasizing the importance of information sharing, capacity building, and law enforcement.
