Yemen’s Houthi rebels launched a suspected attack on a commercial ship in the Red Sea, near the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, without causing damage or injuries, as reported by authorities. The rebels have targeted over 90 merchant vessels since October 2023, aiming at ships linked to Israel, the U.S., or the U.K., despite some vessels having no connection to the conflict. The attacks have also included Western military vessels, with the rebels shooting down American drones in their campaign.
