North Korean troops have engaged in combat with Ukrainian forces in Russia’s war against Ukraine for the first time, occupying a portion of the Kursk region, as reported by The New York Times. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed the clash, stating that 11,000 North Korean soldiers are in the region.
