Indian Coast Guard, TCIL team up for digital transformation, unveil new data centre

State-controlled Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) laid the foundation stone of a data centre in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj to digitally transform Indian Coast Guard operations within a two-year period. The Rs 588-crore project, in collaboration with Yotta Infrastructure and Attero, involves implementing an ERP solution to connect 109 offices and 88 ships, enhancing efficiency and decision-making. The initiative aims to digitalize internal processes through a fibre network, facilitating automation and adherence to operational guidelines.
