$10m carryover seen as ‘progress’ for Ashburton council

Ashburton Mayor Neil Brown noted that while delivery has improved in the Ashburton District, there is still room for improvement, especially with over $10m of carry-over projects from the 2023-24 financial year. Carry-over money represents work that was budgeted for but not completed in the previous year.
