A norovirus outbreak on the AIDAdiva cruise ship has affected 95 passengers and six crew members, with symptoms including vomiting and diarrhea, as the ship enters its seventh day of the illness. Health authorities were notified on November 30, shortly after the ship docked in Cozumel, Mexico. Passengers are currently isolating in their cabins while the ship undergoes disinfection. The cruise, part of a 133-day journey, will continue with stops in Guatemala and Costa Rica before heading to Asia.
