Unidentified gunmen in a black car opened fire at Sao Paulo’s International Airport in Guarulhos, killing one person, Antônio Vinícius Lopes Gritzbach, and injuring three others. Gritzbach, who had received death threats from the First Command of the Capital, had recently entered into a plea bargain with prosecutors regarding his ties to the criminal organization. Police are still investigating the number of gunmen involved in the attack, as social media footage shows two victims, one lying on the ground inside Terminal 2 and the other on an access road outside the terminal.
