A large industrial fire in Christchurch’s eastern suburb of Bromley has sent black smoke billowing across the city, with firefighters battling the blaze at a building on Maces Rd since just before 1pm. Fire and Emergency NZ have 10 trucks on the scene working to bring the fire under control. The incident has caused black plumes of smoke to spread through the area, prompting a significant emergency response.
