Police probe after 3-month-old baby taken to Wairarapa Hospital with suspected non-accidental injuries

An investigation is underway after a 3-month-old baby girl was hospitalized with critical injuries suspected to be non-accidental. Police were alerted on Friday when the infant was taken to Wairarapa Hospital and later transferred to Wellington’s Intensive Care Unit, where she remains in critical condition at Auckland’s Starship Hospital.
