Two additions and a position change on WVU football roster

The Mountaineers have officially added running backs Andre Devine and Tyler Jacklich to their roster, with Devine, son of WVU legend Noel Devine, transferring from Jacksonville State, and Jacklich boasting a strong performance at Merced College. Additionally, true freshman Carter Zuliani has transitioned from the defensive line to tight end after a successful high school career.
