Cindy Manfong, the Indigenous Literacy Foundation’s publishing projects editor, collaborated with students in Katherine to create a bilingual picture book titled “Grinch det K’Taun Krok!” about a crocodile that frightens local children. The book, aimed at teaching younger Aboriginal kids about their community, was launched to great support and will be featured at Indigenous Literacy Day celebrations in Sydney, where the young authors will attend.
