A man with a lengthy drug dealing history, Kevan Darryl Salisbury, has pleaded guilty in the Napier District Court to nine charges, including supplying methamphetamine and the drug fantasy, as well as possessing a homemade taser. He is scheduled for sentencing in October, with his criminal record dating back to a police operation in 2010 linked to a cannabis supply chain.
