Nineteen-year-old Morgan Dorsett from Shropshire was identified as the teenager killed by a dog in a flat in Bristol. The dog, believed to be an XL Bully, attacked her in the Hartcliffe area of the city. Two individuals were arrested on suspicion of being in charge of the dog and possessing a prohibited breed, but have since been released on conditional bail as the investigation continues.
