UK police have charged 53-year-old Paul Doyle with seven offences, including dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm with intent, for allegedly ramming a car into crowds celebrating Liverpool’s Premier League title on Monday. The incident, which occurred in the northwestern city, resulted in injuries to 79 people aged between nine and 78.
