Worker fatally crushed by tonne of steel coils in Pointe-Claire metal factory

A 37-year-old man was fatally crushed under one tonne of steel coils in a workplace accident in Pointe-Claire, Montreal. The incident occurred at a metal factory on Hymus Blvd., with emergency responders unable to save him. Police believe it was an accident, with an investigation underway by CNESST and the factory reportedly run by Diversified Ulbrich.
