Work to replace century-old water main to close downtown intersection for 4 months

Starting Monday, the City will begin a four-month project to replace a 105-year-old water main and streetcar tracks at Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West. This will impact the 509 Harbourfront and 511 Bathurst TTC routes, with diversions and replacement buses in place until June 21. Construction will cause lane closures on Bathurst Street and the intersection with Lake Shore Boulevard, with work scheduled in phases to minimize disruptions, and completion expected by the end of June.
