Worcester man charged after man found dead in Hubbardston

Ryan Wilcox, a Worcester man, has been arrested and charged with armed assault with intent to kill, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, and assault with a dangerous weapon in connection to the death of Mitchell Burke, who was found near Brigham Street in Hubbardston. Hubbardston police discovered Burke’s body in the woods on Jan. 4, prompting the ongoing investigation. Wilcox was set to be arraigned in Worcester Central District Court, with the Massachusetts State Police urging anyone with information to come forward.
