Gwendolyn Neo: Championing Freedom in Parkour

Gwendolyn Neo, co-founder of Lion City Parkour, grew up constrained by gender norms that discouraged her from jumping or climbing, unlike her male peers. Through her advocacy for parkour, she aims to restore a sense of freedom for women and children in the sport. Additionally, she fosters community among female practitioners via her Women of Parkour Singapore interest group, promoting inclusivity and empowerment in an often male-dominated activity.
