A woman in her 40s was arrested and fined £100 for feeding pigeons in Harrow, London, allegedly breaching a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO). Local council officers issued the fine after she refused to stop feeding birds and provide her personal details. Footage captured her distress as she was taken into custody by police officers.
