The family of Ashlee Christine Shingoose, recently identified as one of the victims murdered by serial killer Jeremy Skibicki in March 2022, will have the opportunity to address the court about the impact of her death. This decision comes nearly a year after Skibicki was sentenced for the murders of four First Nations women in Winnipeg, in what has been described as “exceptional” circumstances.
