Widow of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt reveals plans for her vast landholdings

Teresa Earnhardt, widow of NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt, plans to rezone 399 acres in east Mooresville into an industrial park named Mooresville Technology Park, located near Dale Earnhardt Highway. Earnhardt Farms LLC, owned by Teresa Earnhardt, will request rezoning at the Oct. 22 Mooresville Planning Board meeting, with the Board of Commissioners having final say on the decision.
