Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande have received praise for their performances in the Wicked movie, based on the award-winning stage musical retelling The Wizard Of Oz from the perspective of Elphaba, the “Wicked Witch Of The West”. Erivo plays Elphaba, while Grande portrays Glinda, the “Good Witch Of The North”. The star-studded cast also includes Jonathan Bailey, Michelle Yeoh, Jeff Goldblum, and Ethan Slater, with Marissa Bode as Elphaba’s sister Nessarose.
