Josh D’Amaro is set to become the new CEO of the Walt Disney Company, succeeding Bob Iger. D’Amaro, who has been with Disney for over 25 years and most recently served as chairman of Disney Experiences, will officially take on his new role following Disney’s annual shareholder meeting. He will lead a vast entertainment empire that generated over $90 billion in annual revenue, focusing on leveraging Disney’s extensive intellectual property while addressing challenges such as declining stock prices and attracting foreign visitors to theme parks.
