WFP reports low food supplies to Gaza, calls for more crossings

WFP says food supplies remain well below daily target of 2,000 tonnes, calls for Israel to open more crossing points.

The UN World Food Programme reports that food supplies to Gaza are at 750 tonnes daily, significantly below the needed 2,000 tonnes, due to only two crossings being operational. They urge Israel to open more crossings to address the humanitarian crisis exacerbated by ongoing conflict and limited aid distribution.
