Weeks after Epstein file fallout, a new deadline looms in the release of the RFK and MLK files

Sunday marks the second deadline for the release of RFK and MLK assassination files, following the fallout from the Epstein files release by the DOJ. President Trump’s executive order in January prompted DNI and officials to submit release plans for the RFK and MLK files by March 9, with previous plans for JFK files due on Feb. 7. The lack of new material in the Epstein files has sparked interest in the contents of the promised RFK and MLK assassination files, with expectations that they may offer new insights but not drastically change our understanding of the cases.
