‘We must help them’: Morocco students get peers back in school

Fifteen-year-old Moroccan student Said Rifai is actively helping peers return to school in a country where 270,000 children drop out annually, as part of a youth-led initiative that provides support and vocational training. The “second chance school” program aims to address educational inequalities, with many former dropouts, like 17-year-old Jihane Errafii, expressing gratitude for the encouragement from friends that helped them resume their education.
