Volvo is revealing details about its EX60 midsize electric SUV, debuting January 21st, boasting an estimated range of 400 miles and employing a new megacasting production process for efficiency. Designed to eliminate range anxiety, it features an 800-volt architecture allowing rapid charging, achieving 10-80% in 19 minutes. Built on the SPA3 platform, the EX60 is priced competitively, around $63,000, and includes a 10-year battery warranty. It also offers vehicle-to-home and vehicle-to-grid functionality, aiming to serve as an affordable family SUV in Volvo’s lineup.
