Police responding to potential firearm sighting in Wellington as loud bangs heard

Armed police have responded to a situation on Webb and Victoria Streets in Te Aro, Wellington, after receiving reports of an individual possibly armed with a firearm around 1:20 PM. The person is currently inside a building and has refused to communicate with police or leave the premises.
