A Virgin Australia flight VA454, carrying 180 passengers, caught fire upon landing at Brisbane Airport around 7:30 PM due to a brake fire. Emergency crews quickly responded, extinguishing the flames as smoke billowed from under the aircraft. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and all passengers and crew disembarked safely. The aircraft has been removed from service for inspection by Virgin Australia’s engineering team, and an official investigation is underway.
