Dozens of migrants rescued in the Mediterranean Sea

More than 120 migrants, including at least 20 minors, were rescued in the central Mediterranean over the past 48 hours. The Italian NGO Emergency conducted three rescue operations and is now heading to Civitavecchia, Italy, with 123 survivors on board, many of whom are fleeing conflict and instability in African countries, particularly Sudan.
