Salim Karim Iskef, a 28-year-old nursing student in Orebro, Sweden, was among 10 people killed in the country’s deadliest mass shooting. Despite sustaining gunshot wounds, he managed to video-call his fiancee to say he loved her before he died. The shooter, who was found dead with three guns and unused ammunition, had licenses for four weapons, prompting government officials to consider tightening gun laws in the country.
