Mount Maunganui Gang Members Fined for Illegal Raffle

Two members of the Greazy Dogs MC gang, Maurice Ti Barry Walker and Jesse Wiheti Fisher, were fined for running an illegal raffle claiming to raise funds to take around 200 children to Rainbow’s End. The raffle, which sold tickets for $50 with high-value prizes like a motorcycle or cash, violated gambling laws by lacking a required Class 3 gambling license for prizes exceeding $5000.
