Vanguard is implementing a £4 a month minimum charge for DIY customers with total balances below £32,000, making it more expensive for some investors. Those with over £32,000 will continue to pay a 0.15% annual fee, while the minimum fee won’t apply to junior ISAs or managed services. The changes aim to cover rising costs, with the managed ISA service fee reduced to 0.51% per year, offering a good value option for less experienced investors.
