Pierre Gasly has attributed his collision that resulted in his exit from the Monaco Grand Prix to his former teammate Yuki Tsunoda, accusing him of moving under braking. Both drivers were positioned 17th and 18th after making their mandatory pitstops early in the race when Gasly attempted to overtake Tsunoda at the chicane. The maneuver led to a violent crash between the Alpine driver and Tsunoda’s Red Bull, ending Gasly’s race prematurely.
