Porsche has received a significant weight reduction for the upcoming Imola round of the World Endurance Championship, as its 963 LMDh will compete 11kg lighter than during the Qatar season opener. For the 2025 WEC’s second round, however, the car’s weight will be 1053kg, which is 20kg heavier compared to previous specifications. This adjustment is part of the Hypercar Balance of Performance regulations aimed at ensuring competitive parity among participating manufacturers.
