USPS’ long-awaited new mail truck makes its debut to rave reviews from carriers

The Postal Service’s new delivery vehicles in Athens, Georgia are described as tall, ungainly, and not aesthetically pleasing, with vast windshields, duck bill-like hoods, and enormous bumpers. Despite their odd appearance, postal workers are giving rave reviews to the first few Next Generation Delivery Vehicles that hit the roads in August. Worker Avis Stonum mentioned that the designers didn’t prioritize appearance, but the vehicles are still receiving positive feedback for their performance.
