US singer Chris Brown to re-apply for bail in UK

US singer Chris Brown has been remanded into custody by an English court over a serious assault charge related to an “unprovoked attack” on a music producer at Tape nightclub in London. The 36-year-old, who has not yet entered a plea, was arrested in Manchester after returning to the UK and is facing a bail hearing at Southwark Crown Court on June 13. His upcoming Breezy Bowl XX tour, set to begin on June 8 in the Netherlands, is now in doubt following the court’s decision to deny bail.
