Washington – An 18-year-old man was arrested by U.S. Capitol Police after he allegedly approached the Capitol carrying a loaded shotgun. The individual, wearing a tactical vest and gloves, parked a white SUV nearby and ran towards the West Front before complying with police orders to drop the weapon. He had additional ammunition, a Kevlar helmet, and a gas mask in his vehicle, but his motive remains unknown as the investigation continues.
