Upper Crust Bakery has recalled over 800 cases of bread due to glass fragments found on some loaves, as reported by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The recall includes 699 cases of Multigrain Sourdough, 89 cases of Ancient Grains Hoagie Roll, and 30 cases of Whole Grain Multigrain, all distributed across six states. The FDA designated the recall as Class II, indicating a low chance of severe injury, and advises customers to discard the affected products or return them for a refund.
