In response to escalating Russian cyber attacks, the UK is investing over £1 billion in artificial intelligence and a new Cyber and Electromagnetic Command to enhance its defense capabilities. Defense Secretary John Healey highlighted the need for a coordinated digital strategy to combat the increasing frequency and sophistication of threats, emphasizing that modern warfare requires better-connected and equipped forces.
