An Ontario mother is raising concerns about Uber’s emergency policies after one of its drivers drove away with her five-year-old daughter still in the back seat.
She claims that the ride-sharing company refused to contact the driver, which hindered efforts to locate her child, who was eventually found by the police without Uber’s assistance.
