The super typhoon has left devastation in the Philippines just days after another typhoon killed 232 people.
Super Typhoon Fung-wong has devastated the northwestern Philippines, resulting in at least 10 deaths and displacing 1.4 million people. Following Typhoon Kalmaegi’s destruction, which killed 232, Fung-wong caused flash floods, landslides, and severe damage to over 4,100 homes. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr declared a state of emergency as communities still face threats from lingering rains.
