Two women have tragically died in separate apparent drownings off the coast of north Dublin within 24 hours. The latest incident involved the discovery of a woman’s body in the sea at Clontarf early in the morning, with Gardaà responding to the scene at around 7am. The woman’s body was found in the area where Vernon Avenue meets the coastal area.
